14-day Returns Policy

Instead of exchange, Bigpack HK promises to provide you with a ’14 day Unconditional Return’ upon your receival. Please make sure that the original package is intact. The return policy is limited to the following circumstance:

• The item is in a condition that can be sold again
• The item is unworn, unused and unwashed
• All product tags are presented

Return Procedure

• Contact Us
  If you would like to return your order, please email us at cs@bigpack-hk.com, message us at our Facebook page or contact us at (852)-23912772. You will then be provided with a return code. Please indicate the code on the parcel when you send back the package.
• Choose from one of the following ways to return the products:
  (a)Returned the products to one of our selected stores (free of charge)
  (b)Send the products to us through couriers (Customers will need to bear the
  return shipping fee)
• Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy all return conditions, we will arrange your refund as soon as possible.
