Shipping

Local delivery will be delivered within 2-7 working days upon order placement.

• For overseas orders, shipping charge of HK$100 will be incurred.

• Local Delivery will be arranged via S.F. Express. 
  (HK$30 surcharge is applied for any shipment picks up from or delivers to Non-Industrial / Commercial address and remote area in Hong Kong.)

• Shipment Tracking: When your order is shipped, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with a tracking code. You can use the code to check S.F Express on the delivery process 

7-day Returns Policy

Please make sure that the original package is intact if the product return is needed to arrange within 7 days of goods receipt. The return policy is limited to the following circumstance:

• The item is in good condition that can be sold again
• The item is unworn, unused and unwashed
• All product tags are presented

Return Procedure

If you would like to return the product, please email us at cs@bigpack-hk.com, OR send us message via our Facebook page. 
• Choose from one of the following ways to return the products:
  (a) Return the product to one of our selected stores; or
  (b) Send the product to us through couriers (Customers will need to bear the return delivery charge)
• Once we receive the returned product and confirm the product is in good condition, we will arrange refund as soon as possible.
